After just enjoying a trip to Quebec I would like to share some of the weather experiences I had there.
It was somewhat icy on the sidewalks and was humid. Lots of snow on the ground and it did snow a decent amount on one night I was there. Overall the weather was very nice and was warmer than I am used to around this time.
